Real-time web application for automated number plate detection integrated with IP cameras to streamline car parking operations.
The Challenge
Manual car parking management was slow and error-prone. The facility needed an automated system that could detect and log vehicle number plates in real-time.
Approach & Solution
Built a real-time ANPR pipeline using OpenCV and deep learning for plate detection and OCR for character recognition. Integrated with IP cameras and built a Flask web dashboard.
